Abstract(in English) | We have been studying magnetic nanowire memories to realize next-generation recording devices that deliver both high data transfer rate and high reliability for future three-dimensional TV storage. Prototype magnetic nanowire devices integrating metal wires as writers were fabricated, and we have succeeded in recording, driving, and reproducing of magnetic domains in prototype devices. In addition, we have also verified the application of topological insulators into the magnetic nanowire devices to reduce the power consumption in the device operation. |
