Abstract(in English) Radiometric analysis is one of the analysis methods of the SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) image. This analysis uses the back-scattered Radar Cross Section (RCS) information in the pixel intensity (brightness) of the SAR image. The pixel intensity can be calculated from the radar equation. Therefore, the radar parameters except RCS have to be estimated accurately for radiometric analysis. This paper extracted the cause of the error and estimated the radiometric accuracy for the SAR satellite system in Taiwan.
