[Short Paper] Automated Transmission Leakage Reduction Control in Backscatter Synchronized Streaming Systems

Abstract(in English) The authors are developing a system for synchronous streaming from multiple battery-free sensor tags simultaneously in backscatter communication. In backscatter communication, the power of the forward link is much larger than that of the return link, so that the transmitted radio wave leaks into the receiver causing self-interference. To solve this problem, we develop a device (Adaptive canceller) that controls the leakage by constructing a wave in the opposite phase of the leakage wave from the phase and amplitude of a portion of the transmitted radio wave and adding it to the received wave. In this manuscript, we report on the results of automating the leakage reduction control of Adaptive canceller by using a step-track control.
