Proposal for Dynamic Gaze Feedback System to Support Programming Debugging Learning

Abstract(in English) In recently, IT human resources are much in demand to realize of Society 5.0. Therefore, the expansion of programming education should be considered to strengthen the supply of it. However, a problem of programming education is the difficulty encountered by novice learners during programming debugging. To address this, we propose a debugging learning support that uses the gaze behavior of when expert programmers are programming debugging. In this paper, we develop a system that provides eye guidance to learners based on experts’ gaze behavior and conduct evaluation experiments for it.
