Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to handle flexibly in indeterminate age, companies are expected to have a system that could design the vision of organizations by quantifying the relationship between autonomy and collaboration of organizational members and analyzing its application for various organizations. However, definitions of autonomy and collaboration are ambiguous, and at present, no method has been established that enables organizational analysis of the autonomy and cooperativeness of organizational members. In this paper, we proposed a relation model that expressed as a single quantitative model in terms of task execution to enable objective organizational analysis of both characteristics. This model has enabled to represent the bidirectional action of promotion/obstruction of both characteristics precisely, and it is simple and scalable. We showed that the proposed model might be able to model the relationship them and the evaluation index of labor productivity.
