Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a method to detect radio frequency interference (RFI) superimposed on synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images using Interferometric coherence. We assumed that an identical RFI signal contaminates both horizontal and vertical components of SAR data. Based on this idea, We propose a method to detect RFI by calculating the interferometric coherence between the horizontal and vertical components of the received SAR signal. We applied this method to real satellite SAR data. Experimental results showed that the proposal makes a SAR image with less RFI contamination with a small computation cost.
