Nonlinear property analysis of magnetic materials using Multiphysics Simulation

Abstract(in English) The oscillation of terahertz waves is expected to be achieved by utilizing the spin motion of antiferromagnetic materials. Analysis of magnetization dynamics in magnetic materials with nonlinear characteristics, such as antiferromagnets requires numerical evaluation of the interaction between electromagnetic fields and magnetization. We have developed a multiphysics method that combines Maxwell and LLG equations. In this report, the method are applied to three-dimensional problems. Computational results are verified in making a comparison with well-studied two-dimensional results.
