Abstract(in English) | For wider bandwidth of optical transmitter circuit, DAC Bandwidth Tripler that extends the bandwidth of broadband digital to analog converters(DAC) three times is proposed. Butthere is inter-band level deviation between Low-band and Mid (or High)-band made by dividing bandwidth into three in Analog Multiplexer(AMUX) that is circuit for band synthesis processing, so it is causes of signal degradation. On the other hand, in this Paper, we proposed a new theoretical formula that decide inter-band level deviation ratio and evaluate it by simulation. As a result, a calculation result with formula we proposed showed a good value in comparison with inter-band level deviation ratio is obtained by simulation. |
