Fraud Service Analysis with Functional Aspect Relationship Matrix

Abstract(in English) Functional Resonance Analysis (FRAM) is known as a technique for analyzing complex socio-technical systems, which graphically expresses the resonance relationships between functional elements with six aspects. Also, matrix representations of FRAM have been proposed to handle large-scale FRAM. In this paper, we propose a method to analyze service fraud using function aspect relationship matrix. In addition, we will confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method by applying it to market manipulation and engine inspection fraud cases.
