| Abstract(in English) | In recent years, natural disasters that cause extensive damage have been occurring frequently. Disaster prevention and mitigation against the natural disasters and epidemics is an urgent issue in the new lifestyle of with/post-corona. This paper introduces the author's projects on disaster prevention and mitigation using wired and wireless IoT systems. It is unique in that they use LoRa radio, a type of LPWA, as an elemental technology. It is also described the use of Elasticsearch as a platform for collecting IoT data. It is stated that in the full-fledged IoT era, there are concerns about electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) due to the large number of IoT devices that exceed expectations. It is also raised that efforts to make the collected IoT data available for secondary use will be necessary in the future. |
