Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | In recent years, the increased workload of elementary school teachers has become one of the social problems, and the introduction of educational ICT tools to elementary schools is necessary as one of the countermeasures. As a result of an interview survey of elementary school teachers,it was found that while the introduction of ICT tools in elementary schools has been progressing, they are still not effectively used in classes and tests. One of the reasons is that the current educational ICT tools do not have a mechanism to inform the teachers of the children's attitudes and tendencies in the class. In response to this issue, this study proposes a system to notify teachers of children's attitudes and tendencies in class and in tests by collecting and utilizing their handwriting on educational ICT tools. As a result of measuring concentration based on EEG as an index for recognizing and judging the children's attitudes,it was found that the time required to answer the questions and the number of strokes representing one stroke of handwriting were related to the concentration. Therefore,by using the proposed system,it is possible to estimate the concentration ability from the data of the children's efforts, and to estimate the children's attitudes toward their efforts. |
