Impact of hash rate on theoretical fork rate of blockchain

Abstract(in English) Blockchain divergence, or forks, make it less secure. So the fork rate can be used as a measure of security. Theoretical fork rates have been used in a number of studies, all of which do not consider the distribution of hash rates. In thispaper, we propose a theoretical fork rate that considers the hashrate distribution. In this paper, we compared the theoreticalfork rate that considers the hash rate distribution, the theoretical fork rate that does not consider the hash rate distribution, andthe real fork rate obtained by simulation experiments. Using a simulator, it was shown that the proposed theoretical fork rateis closer to the real fork rate.
