Abstract(in English) Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are expected to be used in various situations such as delivery services and sensing. In the future, a UAV control system must deal with a dense mixed environment comprising various services and users regardless of individuals or businesses. A traffic management system for UAVs has been proposed, however, it is difficult for various users to flexibly and freely join and leave the system. This paper proposes a UAV distributed management method that uses a network of ground beacon devices to control autonomous UAVs in a distributed manner to deal with the dense UAV environments.
