Abstract(in English) A 350-GHz 16 × 16-element post-wall waveguide parallel-fed slot array antenna is proposed, which can be fabricated on a dielectric substrate. The antenna consists of a feeding part and a radiating part. The feeding part is corporate feed type and consists of T-branch, H-branch, and E-bend. The radiating part consists of a 2 × 2 element sub-array. By widening the cavity and using higher-order modes, the fabrication constraints are met without significantly deteriorating the reflection characteristics. Analysis of the entire antenna resulted in a relative bandwidth of 11.1% below -11.5 dB reflection, a gain of 31.5 dBi and -14 dB first side lobe at 340 GHz.
