Abstract(in English) In this paper, control of reflection phase of the reflectarray antenna composed of a flexible substrate by varactor diodes. We propose two models of the reflectarray and evaluate the change of reflection coefficient when capacitance of varactor diodes is changed. As a result, it is confirmed that the reflection phase can be controlled in the range of 272 degrees at most.
