On optimization of periodic orbits in permutation binary neural networks

Abstract(in English) This paper introduces a permutation binary neural network characterized by local binary connection and global permutation connection. The network is a simple recurrent-type neural network and generates various binary periodic orbits depending on the parameters. This paper considers two objective optimization problem of binary periodic orbits in the network. The two objectives evaluate period and stability of the binary periodic orbits. In order to realize the optimization, we present evolutionary algorithm. Using basic examples, we investigate performance of the algorithm.
