Abstract(in English) Realization of Web 3.0 architecture requires a shift from Centralized ID to Decentralized ID with Self-Sovereign, and a resource management mechanism suitable for Decentralized ID. As a mechanism for this, we propose a policy-based resource control method. It shows the basic policy description method and resource control protocol, and shows the evaluation environment using blockchain.
