| Abstract(in English) | We developed a citizen oriented bus operation situation sharing system. In this system, bus passengers provide bus operation situation information such as current bus position or congestion degree to the other citizens as volunteers. We developed a Web application for providing bus operation situation information used by volunteers. We also developed a Web application for sharing current bus operation situation used by potential passengers. In the Web application for providing bus operation situation information, GPS, Bluetooth and acceleration sensor inside a passenger’s smartphone could be used for providing current bus position or congestion degree. In the Web application for sharing current bus operation situation, target bus filtering function was implemented for indicating only target bus location on the map. |
