| Abstract(in English) | This paper focuses on a special nursing home for the elderly as one of the welfare facilities for the elderly, and describes the state of communication that takes place in the facility. We focus not on communication between residents and staff, but on communication among staff. We focus on what communication channels are used in what situations. We try to grasp the overall picture of communication as an organization, rather than what is being done at the communication site. We organize the nature of each communication channel in terms of theinternal and external environment of the organization, the position and role of the staff, and the ICT tools used. |
