Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Lifestyle-related diseases need to be prevented for people to maintain quality of life (QOL) and both physical and mental well-being. However, it is difficult to encourage voluntary behavior for people who are either uninterested in health or interested but are not engaged in healthy behavior. In this study, for structuring a method for eliciting motivation for healthy behavior, we analyzed the dialogue data between participants and experts such as public health nurses who experienced various kinds of cases in health guidance. In addition, other professionals evaluated the structured dialogue process model. As a result, the expert's process of extracting information on each person's way of thinking and daily life was visualized while controlling the flow and contents of the dialogue in accordance with the responses of the participants, followed by encouraging the participants to make positive action plans to help improve their motivation and attitude.
