Abstract(in English) Radio map attracts attention as a low computation cost and an accurate method for estimating radio propagation. Radio map requires interpolation and extrapolation of average received power for reducing the number of measurement data. When complex beam patterns are used, accurate understanding of the beam patterns is important for interpolation and extrapolation of radio maps. In particular, millimeter wave base stations are formed by multi-beams, and the complexity of the beam patterns has a significant impact on the accuracy of radio maps. Therefore, this study focuses on the estimation of the beam patterns and definition of suitable radio maps. In the proposed method, the beam pattern is estimated from the Line-of-Sight (LOS) measured data of radio map and the antenna model fitted to the LOS measured data. From emulation results, the proposed method shows that it is possible to quantify the beam pattern and estimate the direction of the base staions with around 10 degrees error.
