Abstract(in English) We discuss a method of combining optical switches and electrical packet switches to realize a high-speed, low-power data transmission system for data centers. In particular, in order to realize an optical switch having 1000 class port counts and a 100 μs class short switching time, we reduced transient response time of practically used devices for key components and described their cooperative experiments.
