Abstract(in English) Polymer positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistors composed of acrylate polymer with poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) and carbon black were fabricated by a printing process, and their temperature characteristics were investigated. The thermistors containing 10 wt% carbon black exhibited the increasing in the resistance sharply by more than three orders of magnitude, and the addition of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) unaffected their thermal properties.
