Abstract(in English) Optical eigenvalue modulation has been attracting attention as an ideal modulation not affected by chromatic dispersion and fiber nonlinearities. We have proposed optical eigenvalue demodulation based on complex moment-based eigenvalue solver(CME) and a partial sorting algorithm to reduce the computation time. In this paper, we propose an optical eigenvalue demodulation method that combines a CME and artificial neural network(ANN), and show demodulation performance by experiments.
