Abstract(in English) In recent years, Japan has been facing a declining birthrate and an aging society, and there are concerns about the increasing social burden such as medical expenses. Immediate action is therefore required. However, improving the population balance in an aging society with low fertility will require a period of several decades. From the viewpoint of preventive medicine, extending healthy life expectancy is expected to reduce the burden of medical costs on society as a whole. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a system that leads to the extension of healthy life expectancy. We have proposed the "real-time healthcare system linked with AI" as a technology to reduce the gap between healthy life expectancy and average life expectancy. As the second step toward establishing this technology, we report on our study of exercise intensity control based on predictive feedback of exercise intensity using AI.
