Abstract(in English) Millimeter and terahertz waves have been researched owing to apply next transmission system such as 6th generation. However, there is a possibility that a slightly rough surface would scatter such waves due to short wavelength. Therefore, terahertz wave scattering distributions from slightly rough surface of woods and stones were investigated based on stochastic functional that describes the distributions of scattered wave using roughness parameters.
