Time-space Analysis of Movement Related Cortical Potential in Leg movement for Left -Right Discrimination

Abstract(in English) Brain-computer interface (BCI) has been investigated as a means of communication for people with severe physical disabilities. In this study, we aimed to realize a mobility support device using voluntary leg movements images. To accomplish this aim, we tried to discriminate left-right movements by spatiotemporal analysis of movement-related cortical potential. Cortical dipole layer imaging was applied to improve spatial resolution. The results showed that there was a difference between left and right movements, but individuals difference was observed.
