Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Lecture videos recording slides displayed by a projector in the real world have two issues: image quality and editing task efforts. We developed a lecture recording system based on AR technology that utilizes the lecturer's body movements and real stationery. The lecturer can handwrite in slides displayed on a whiteboard with real stationery. Our system improves the quality of slides and handwritten content. Then it transfers them into virtual space. We designed a task-based experiment to evaluate the lecture video qualities objectively and quantitatively based on the Trail Making Test, a cognitive functions testing. In addition, we conducted questionnaires based on a seven-point Likert scale.Compared to the method of recording slides and handwritten content by a camera, the results of the task-based experiments archived -17.85 seconds, and the questionnaire results improved by +2.26 points. This paper reports the experiments and results.
