Abstract(in English) | Research has been reported in various fields to motivate people to change their behavior by visualizing and presenting indicators such as activity volume, etc., in order to motivate improvement of the indicators. In this study, accuracy in system operation is visualized and presented to operators engaged in the operation of business systems to encourage them to continuously improve their operations (accuracy improvement) and to prevent or reduce human errors. In this report, we define three indicators of rework using operation logs as general-purpose indicators for system operation, and report the results of our study on a method to visualize and present them together with the results of judging overall accuracy based on them. |
