Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | This paper reports the results of achieving a specific bandwidth of 71% using a single shunt configuration with a simple circuit configuration as a 1-GHz bandwidth rectifier. Microstrip lines were used as transmission lines to facilitate fabrication using the laboratory’s own substrate fabrication equipment. The multi-stage matching and small impedance conversion ratio realize a wide bandwidth. The frequency band was defined as the frequency at which the RF-DC conversion efficiency exceeds 50 %. The EBW value (frequency bandwidth to median bandwidth ratio) was calculated from the frequency response results of the RF?DC conversion efficiency for a DC load resistance of 200 ohm, and a ratio bandwidth of 71% was achieved. |
