Abstract(in English) In recent years, stable voice calling services have been demanded to the increased use of calls by corporate users. Therefore, service monitoring systems that monitor Quality of Experience (hereinafter called “QoE”) to provide stable voice calling service quality are becoming increasingly important. NTT DOCOMO introduced and has been operating the OSS for service monitoring(hereinafter called "SV-OPS"). The SV-OPS supports the monitoring of the ever-evolving mobile communication network services. In this paper, a study of monitoring voice quality degradation using SV-OPS for the “officelink” service and the mobile PBX provided to corporate customers.
