Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, it is shown a base of the newtrend of algorithm mathematically that treats a historicalreason of continuous discrimination in the world as well asits solution by introducing new concepts of parallel worldthat includes an invisible set of errors as its companion. Theurgent outline of this paper has been announced at othertechnical groups in this Institute, but since some typos forthe equations are contained in it, the content should be re-viewed again and we announce new revised version here. With respect to a matrix operator-filter bank that the ma-trix operator-analysis-filter bank H and the matrix operator-sampling-filter bank S are given, firstly, we introduce thedetail algorithm to derive the optimum matrix operator-synthesis-filter bank Z that minimizes all the worst-case mea-sures of the matrix operator-error-signals E(ω) = F(ω) −Y(ω) between the matrix operator-input-signals F(ω) andthe matrix operator-output-signals Y(ω) of the matrixoperator-filter bank at the same time. Further, feedback isintroduced to the above approximation theory and it is in-dicated that introducing conversations with feedback do notsuperior automatically to the accumulation of existing knowl-edge of signal prediction. Secondly, the concept of categoryin the field of mathematics is applied to the above optimumsignal approximation and is indicated that the category-based approximation theory is applied to the set-theoreticconsideration of the recognition of human. Based on thisdiscussion, it is shown naturally, why the narrow perceptionthat tends to create isolation shows an apparent advantagein the short term and, often, why such narrow thinking be-comes intimate with discriminatory action in a human group. Throughout these considerations, it is presented that, in or-der to abolish easy and intimate discriminatory behavior, itis important create a parallel world of conception where weshare the set of invisible error signals including the wordsand the consciousness of both worlds. Some comments aregiven for ABC problem in the appendix. keyword: signal prediction, pseudo inverse matrix, artificialintelligence.
