Abstract(in English) Radio signal relay using analog radio over fiber is attractive technique for improving radio insensitive area such as high SHF bands, and we have been investigating simple optical transmitter design employing coupling transmission line. However, the conventional designed circuit supports only single band of 28-GHz, this time we considered to support dual band. For covering two bands, we studied the possibility to transmit both of Sub-6 band and 28-GHz band of 5G-NR signals, and its expansion to transmission of IF signals for Beyond 5G and 6G. In addition, we prepared a drive circuit of optical transmitter for Sub-6 and 28-GHz band 5G-NR signals, and evaluated transmission characteristics of it.
