Abstract(in English) When using ultrahigh-frequency ultrasound with a center frequency of 250 to 300 MHz to evaluate the acoustic impedance of various types of biological tissues, accurate evaluation may not be possible due to the adhesiveness of the petri dish that holds the biological sample or the complexity of the internal structure of the tissue. Therefore, we verified the accuracy of acoustic impedance evaluation by confirming how ultrasound waves are reflected at each depth of the tissue to be evaluated.
