Abstract(in English) Currently, Japan’s agricultural industry is facing various problems such as farming population. To solve such problems , “Smart Agriculture” utilizing the Internet of Things (IoT) and AI has emerged and is attracting attention. Among them, they use images and AI to diagnose pathologies and improve the quality of products. However, the image-based method judges only the external changes and cannot judge the internal state that does not accompany surface changes. Therefore, destructive inspection is necessary. Based on this background, this paper deals with a nondestructive inspection of fruits. We propose a system for measuring the sugar content of a sucrose solution using CSI (Channel State Information), which is the propagation information of wireless LAN.
