Abstract(in English) | In recent years, the introduction of mobile devices such as Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) has been promoted in factory logistics for the purpose of improving productivity. When the delay of wireless communication to the mobile devices increases, the mobile devices stop for safety, and as a result, logistics stops, and productivity decreases. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to switch to the appropriate access point at the appropriate timing according to movement, but when each mobile device switches the wireless path individually based on the received signal strength, there are problems that the switching delay due to the detection time and the inappropriate wireless path is selected when multiple wireless paths with almost same received signal strength exist. In response to this problem, we propose a wireless stabilization system that can switch to the appropriate access point at an appropriate time by systematically switching the wireless path according to the position information of the mobile device and the access point and the radio wave condition of each channel on the network side, and confirm the effect of the architecture and the developed wireless path selection function. |
