| 抄録(和) | 災害時に間接的な規制を行うことで発信者の行動変化を促し輻輳緩和を行う災害輻輳対策が検討されている．具体的には発信可能時間を設定（規制）することにより直接的に発信可能端末数を削減させるだけでなく，その規制により発信者が自然と通話時間が短くなる．本稿では，10分，30分，60分，90分周期に1/10の時間だけ発信可能としたときの発信者の行動変化を実験した．実験により，行動変化の要因等の分析を行う． |
| 抄録(英) | An indirect control against disaster congestion has been proposed. It permits making a call only in a certain period assigned for a user group. This control does not only reduce the amount of traffic but also enables us to reduce communication demand, that is, holding time in spite of no restriction of holding time. We conducted experiments when the number of user groups was ten and the periods to permit making a call were 10 min, 30 min, 60 min, and 90 min. This article investigates the relation between the calling rate and the periods to permit making a call. |
