| Abstract(in English) | What are the characteristics of good or reasonable decision-making in a group or organization? In general, decision-making requires a change in the behavior of group members. Therefore, it is necessary that the people who participate in the decision-making process are convinced by the conclusions. Until now, the grounds for being convinced have been "rationality" or based on "utilitarianism. In this study, we focused on the former and analyzed a case of actual organizational decision making using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), which is said to support rationality; the results of the calculation were almost identical to the results of the individual who made the final decision without knowing the results of the AHP calculation. This suggests that AHP can support decision making in practice. |
