Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The purpose of this study is to develop an AR navigation system using Microsoft HoloLens2 to support puncture in imaging-based therapy. We propose a method that uses the QR code recognition function of HoloLens2 to accurately and easily perform AR placement, and also introduces a virtual protractor to improve the ease of puncture. Two accuracy evaluation experiments were conducted in this study to verify the accuracy of AR placement and needle puncture. In an experiment to evaluate the accuracy of the position and angle of the AR axis, QR codes installed on a CT table were read and automatically positioned so that the AR coordinate axis was aligned with the CT coordinate axis, and the position and angle errors were measured in a virtual space. In an experiment to evaluate the accuracy of the position and angle of a needle punctured using a virtual protractor, this system was used to measure the position of the puncture point and the puncture angle by puncturing a yoga block. These experiments confirmed the usefulness of puncture using this system.
