Abstract(in English) | Two types of microcavities containing BODIPY derivatives were fabricated. In the first type where BODIPY-doped layers were sandwiched between silver thin films and distributed Bragg reflectors(DBRs), a large vacuum Rabi splitting of 350 meV was observed. On the other hand, when silver films were replaced by DBRs, room-temperature exciton polariton lasing from the condensate under nano-second pulse pumping was achieved with a low threshold covering a wide range of spectrum. |
