Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is known that Analog-to-digital converter using TIQ comparators are vulnerable to process and temperature variations, and the value of the reference voltage can easily change. A threshold-compensated TIQ comparator has been proposed, but its configuration uses resistors, which increases circuit area and power consumption. In this study, we propose a threshold-compensated TIQ comparator with a small circuit area and low power consumption by using only MOSFETs.
