Abstract(in English) Analog neural network circuits using non-volatile analog resistance change memory devices have been developed mainly based on a structure called crossbar array. In this research, we propose a new circuit architecture that can implement locally-connected models such as convolutional neural networks (CNNs) with higher integration and lower power than crossbar arrays, and show its feasibility by evaluating its performance through simulations.
