Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The spread of smartphones and IoT devices has led to a rapid increase in demand for semiconductors. In particular, ADCs are essential circuits for semiconductors to observe the real world, and are embedded inside a wide variety of semiconductors. In this research, a capacitive successive approximation ADC, which has a small circuit area and can operate with low power consumption, has been established with digital circuit design flow. The layout of the ADC was automatically designed by using standard cell design, and we confirmed that the layout can be generated even when the resolution is of the ADC changed
