| Abstract(in English) | In recent years, the spread of the new coronavirus epidemic has brought about significant changes in business, and online meetings tools are now widely used. Unlike face-to-face meetings, online meetings are sometimes involve inconveniences in information sharing during the meeting. In this paper, we develop the Mlab Online Meeting (MOM) tool as an online communication tool mainly developed by undergraduate students. The MOM tool incorporates various functions to support information sharing during meetings. The purpose of this research is to provide a reference implementation for online communication tool development, such as user interface. In addition, we will disclose how we proceeded with the development of the tool, what specific tasks we completed, and how we solved problems that arose during the process, and show this as an example of actual development done by undergraduate students. |
