Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It has been reported that fluctuations have positive effects, are extensively studied, in neuronal computation and information processing. However, effects of fluctuations on network organizations in the development is not clear. In this study, we investigate what differences of network developments in recurrent neural networks with spike-timing-dependent synaptic plasticity are observed whether individual neuronal states fluctuate or not.
