On an Integrator-based Toll Design for Selfish Routing with Departure Time Selection

Abstract(in English) Selfish routing is a model of agents who select their traveling paths selfishly in order to minimize their latencies. This paper proposes an extended selfish routing model where agents select not only travelling paths but also their departure time. A dynamic toll is also introduced to the proposed model for realizing given target flow.
