Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | From first generation (1G) to 4G, mobile communication systems evolve every 10 years, creating new multiple access technologies based on time, frequencies, codes, and space. Meanwhile, in 5G and beyond 5G, use cases such as enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB), ultra-reliable and low-latency communications (URLLC), and massive machine-type communications (mMTC) and the concepts of future society including Society5.0 have been flagged. The refinement of each elemental technology and their effective cooperation utilizing each other's features for each use case is considered important in these technological trends. Therefore, research examples on the cooperation between elemental technologies studied in our laboratory are introduced in this report. Specifically, the cooperation between NOMA and OMA, considering user requests and that between OAM multiple transmission and SIC for high-frequency band transmission are examined, and their effectiveness is reported. |
