Abstract(in English) | The IEEE 802.11 Task Group BE has decided to include multi-link operation (MLO) as a feature of IEEE 802.11be. Multi-link device (MLD) which can simultaneously transmit and receive frames using multiple radio links with the different frequency and improve throughput and delay characteristics. However, when an MLD uses a link(s) with much interference from surrounding stations (STAs) and has a high packet error rate (PER), MLO could lead to increased transmission delay of MLD itself and surrounding STAs that use the same frequency band. In this paper, we propose a transmission link selection method of MLD based on the received power from the interference STAs and the MCS value of MLD and evaluate transmission delay and PER of MLD and surrounding STAs when MCS value and load traffic are varied. |
