Greenhouse temperature control based on fuzzy logic and image processing

Abstract(in English) In order to address the adverse effects of temperature on tomato growth, a greenhouse temperature control system was developed in this paper. By using this system, we can detect the growth stage of tomato fruit and the severity of gray mold in real time, and then further select the temperature that is favorable for tomato fruit growth and unfavorable for gray mold propagation. This improves the temperature required for greenhouse tomato growth, which in turn improves the quality of tomato fruit. Unlike most existing greenhouse temperature control systems, this paper takes full account of the effect of temperature on the different growth stages of tomato fruits and the extent of the effect of gray mold on tomato fruits. In this paper, it is mainly based on image processing technology and fuzzy logic technology. Based on the comprehensive analysis of tomato growth and disease degree, the optimal growth temperature of tomato can be better controlled by the judgment of fuzzy logic rules proposed in this paper.
