Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) RPA technology to improve business efficiency by automating PC operations is spreading. However, existing RPA products are based on automating the whole of a target operation flow, and in the case that a flow requires manual operation partially or it is difficult to derive standard flows, the products have no effect in terms of cost-effectiveness because preparation and execution of automations requires much cost. This paper proposes an RPA technology that automates short operation flows in between manual operations while interlocking with operator's situations. Next, it describe technical problems in the proposed technology. Finally, it discuss a comparison between the proposed technology and other methods for improving business efficiency.
